Ferlajoints

Ferlajoint is made of E Glass, VHTC or HT Glass yarn interlaced around a core made of card sliver consisting of C glass or VHTC or E Glass, VHTC or HT Glass yarns. Its essential technical advantages include its lightness, deformability, and excellent thermal insulation capacity. As it is silicon-coated, it prevents the release of fibres and ensures an excellent seal and ideal handling

The high temperature glass used resists very high temperatures (softening point of carded HT glass is 1,000 °C) and allows this product to be used in a wide variety of applications.
