IS machine moulds need to be lubricated during operation. For generations, the industry has used cotton, especially for the price. The following rule was introduced owing to the quality of the products: “one swab per shift”

Millions of parts are used and destroyed every year.

Ferlam Technologies has developed a swab made of regenerated technical fibres that meets the two main challenges :

• Increase the lifespan of swabs without degrading their quality,
• Significantly reduce the environmental impact.

Our swabs last at least 4 shifts. Depending on how they are used, they can last longer. The blend of fibres is highly absorbent, allowing for a perfect transfer of lubricant. Our swabs are fire-resistant, reducing the risk to users.
